Sean Doherty

Sean Doherty is Head of Project and Program Management for JLL’s Project & Development Services business across the Middle East and Africa (MEA). Operating from Riyadh, he is accountable for day-to-day business operations, driving growth strategy and leading a 250-strong team delivering major projects and programs across the region.

Prior to this, Sean worked client-side for a PIF entity along with tier 1 Global Consultants and served a period in central government. He has significant global design and delivery experience, having worked in the Middle East, Europe, Africa, Russia and Australia. Most recently, Sean was Operations Director with a portfolio of clients that included Diriyah Gate, NEOM, Saudi Entertainment Ventures, MISK and Jeddah Downtown.

Sean holds a master’s degree in Civil Engineering from Trinity College, University of Dublin and a Bachelor’s Degree in Design and Management from London City University.
