Mousa Mashraqi

Mousa is a seasoned leader with a 24-year experience developing human resources and support services teams and strategies in Saudi Arabia. In his current role with AECOM ARABIA, Mousa provides executive level leadership and guidance to the human resources and shared services operations. He is responsible for optimizing strategic HR and talent management goals, as well as setting, enforcing, and evaluating legally compliant human resources policies, procedures, and best practices.

Mousa is particularly enthusiastic about enhancing Saudization initiatives and scores, in line with AECOM strategic goals and with the Kingdom’s vision 2030. Such initiatives include graduate development programs, local capabilities building programs, and implementing nation-wide leadership and project management training.

Mousa is a holder of BA in English linguistics from Imam Mohammed bin Saud University and of numerous professional qualifications such as APM, CMI, NEBOSH and CHRP.
