Mona Althagafi

A highly experienced business leader with over 25 years in business development, smart government strategy and consultancy, Ms. Mona Althagafi is the Country Director of Serco KSA, after joining the team in 2020.

She is responsible for the performance and results of various contracts in Saudi Arabia, whilst leading large and diverse teams across multiple sites. In addition to driving growth across the Kingdom, which includes the operational delivery of data, asset and workforce management. Also playing an integral role in establishing and growing the Citizen Services business in Saudi Arabia, to support Vision 2030 with a commitment to service excellence and customer experience.

Althagafi previously worked as a leading business development director in various organization’s, along with gaining considerable experience in project management and consultancy in companies including Tata Consultancy Services, Saudi German Hospital and at the British Consulate. Her current appointment follows her previous position at the Ministry of Communications and Technology in Riyadh where she successfully led the planning of the Smart Government Strategy as well as the planning and execution of the e-government program strategy, in line with Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030.

Althagafi’s commitment to service excellence and customer experience is further strengthened through her dedicated work with Serco’s ExperienceLab Middle East in the Kingdom.
