Min is the Architecture Director for The Red Sea Global , a closed joint-stock company wholly owned by the Public Investment Fund (PIF), Saudi Arabia’s sovereign wealth fund. He oversees implementation for the companies real estate development vision through the design and project management for a new international luxury tourism destination set along the Red Sea as part of the Kingdom’s Vision 2030.

Bringing more than 16 years’ experience in the development industry, he oversees Design and Project management, quality of real estate design, also design for manufacture and assembly and maximizing off-site manufacturing opportunities. Driving world-class hospitality real estate development.

Previous positions include Development Manager of Eagle hills in the UAE, managing Giga projects in UAE and Morocco, leading multiple world-reknonwed consultants and contractors for master planning, infrastructure, and hospitality development projects.

As an Associate and MENA design resilience Leader for Gensler in the UK, leading their sustainable design and focusing on strategizing project and design management for a mega project, particularly in the ME area.

Min holds a BSc in Architecture from Korea, and PGcert Planning Development from the University of Reading, UK. Also MSc Real Estate investment finance from Oxford Brookes University.
