Khalid Saleem Abdallah


Khalid is the Strategy & Development Director, Saudi Arabia, at Faithful+Gould, a member of the SNC-Lavalin Group. As part of his role, he focuses on developing strategies for Program Management Offices (PMOs), transforming local talent, and building key stakeholders’ trust that ultimately results in enriching the Company’s repeat business, win-work, delivery and growth in the Kingdom.

With over 25 years’ experience across diverse industries in three advanced and integrated disciplines, including organizational strategic and business performance, enterprise governance, risk, and compliance and mega projects/PMOs; he has delivered, led and incubated major Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) projects, corporate efficiency and restructuring initiatives, along with transformation PMOs for the largest Saudi private and public entities, regionally and internationally.

He has a strong knowledge of the Saudi Vision 2030 programs, stakeholders, the associated echo-system, and re-energization required in governance, mind-sets, systems, talent, and actual deployment; this enabled him to act effectively at senior positions and advisory roles on Vision 2030 giga scale programs.

Having worked as a senior Saudi professional and advisor with track-record to serve high-end government and private sector clients, he has been involved in some of the most strategic and operational initiatives in Saudi Arabia and the wider GCC region. This includes Saudi Aramco facilities expansions with global GES to SABIC R&D/PMO, the largest Mine-to-manufacturing DAP complex PMO/IPO, Saudi Railway PMO/JV NetworkRail-UK based and Public Investment funds giga programs and PMOs.
