With more than 18 years experience in EPC projects, Daniel has core experience in Hospitality and iconic buildings managing budgets and resources, optimizing results. He is proactive, with leadership skills and with extensive experience in managing multidisciplinary work teams, towards the creation of high-performance crews.
Worth highlighting his latest works through Spain, Abu Dhabi, Dubai and Saudi Arabia. During this period, he has worked in the following key projects: SeaWorld, Abu Dhabi; Sustainability Pavilion, Expo 2020; Zayed National Museum, Abu Dhabi; Integrated Destination Resort, Yas Island, Abu Dhabi; LEED Platinum Etihad Crew Residences Masdar City, Abu Dhabi; King Khalid Int. Airport Terminals 3 & 4, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
Daniel has lead the design process through its different phases successfully achieving coordination between the various disciplines involved in the project such as Architecture, Civil, Structures, Interior Design, MEP, IT, landscaping, security and any other required discipline.
In addition he has lead the Value Engineering processes, the communication and dialogue between the representatives of the different parties involved in the project: Owner, architect, engineers, specialized consultants, and contractors, creating, maintaining and enhancing an excellent relationship between the members of the project team through a fluid and truthful communication. Finally, in terms of sustainability, he has monitored and controlled that during the different stages of the design process the sustainability objectives within the budgetary requirements were achieved; guaranteeing the development of sustainable building projects under LEED regulations.
During all these years, Daniel has organized and participated in Project meetings as a leader, mediator or facilitator, encouraging an environment of communication and teamwork in all strata of the Project, thus seeking its success. Therefore, he has fulfilled in his projects key achievements as the Optimization of costs up to 30% through Value Engineering, the Reduction of Snagging / De-snagging times by up to 50% and Design & Built methodology implementation.
