Clive De Villiers

Clive de Villiers is responsible for the running of the entire Contracts and Quantity Surveying Division of KEO in KSA, UAE, Kuwait, Abu Dhabi, and Qatar. In addition to this critical role, Clive is utilising a strong commercial foundation and an aptitude for contract administration, he now successfully leads teams in the management of claims and construction disputes for KEO.

In 2016, he was appointed as Regional Manager of C-Quest to continue to provide service excellence and to grow the business in the region. Within the first year he has grown the business significantly in terms of resources, services provided, client base and has opened the new office in Bahrain. He has worked in a wide range of capacities for design, consultancy, and construction management companies as well as for contractors.

He has been involved with contracts not only in the Gulf region – KSA, Bahrain, Kuwait, Abu Dhabi, Qatar, Dubai, Ajman and Fujairah, but also in a wider international context including Bulgaria, Uzbekistan, Sudan, Kazakhstan and Iran. Clive’s comprehensive experience covers infrastructure, marine, residential, office and mixed-use projects, including major, complex, large scale urban and resort developments. Of the thirty-five years he has spent in the Gulf, twenty-five of these have been with KEO, where he has been involved with our most prestigious and technically demanding contracts.

Clive is a member of WAPPP (World Association of PPP Units & Professionals), this association enhances our expertise and allow us to provide bespoke advice to PPP stakeholders.
