Adrian has over 27 years construction industry experience in the United Kingdom, the Middle East and South-East Asia and has worked for several blue-chip contractors.
Earlier in his career Adrian was responsible for leading design, procurement and management teams and sub-contractors on numerous multi-million-dollar projects, some as part of a joint venture or consortium.
For over 17 years Adrian has prepared, defended and assessed delay and quantum claims including delay and disruption analysis for a range of projects including bridges, pipelines, tunnels, district cooling and water treatment plants, transportation systems, schools, museums, theme parks and oil & gas facilities, amongst others.
He has also represented contractors in litigation proceedings and taken a key role in the production of expert reports on disruption and quantum disputes.
The size and challenging nature of many of the projects on which Adrian has worked on, as well as managing disputes arising from global financial crises and numerous other causes, has led him to gain a broad range of well-developed commercial, planning, contracts and claims, negotiation and project controls and management skills and knowledge, and the ability to provide valuable strategic advice to clients.
